Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age
Join us for a screening of Screenagers, a powerful documentary that explores the impact of smartphones and social media on teenagers’ mental health, relationships, and learning. Following the film, there will be guided discussion to help parents and teens better understand digital habits and how to create healthier boundaries together.

Parent Workshop with Mike McLeod
Join us for a practical, eye-opening parent workshop on the skills that drive behavior, learning and maturity: executive function, emotional regulation, attention and the impact of today’s tech environment. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of why kids struggle (even bright, capable kids), what’s really happening in the brain during meltdowns, shutdowns and power struggles and how to respond in ways that actually build skills—not just compliance. We’ll cover concrete, immediately usable strategies to improve follow-through, reduce conflict at home, strengthen motivation and independence and create healthier boundaries with screens and devices. This session is designed for all families—whether your child is thriving, struggling, anxious, distracted, unmotivated or “fine at school but falls apart at home.”

Childhood 2.0 Screening
Join us for the second film in the Slow Tech Film Series, a series of films that thought-provoking films that explore the impact that technology, social media, and algorithms have on our day-to-day lives, ways to wind-down tech use, and live a more intentional slow-tech life.
Childhood 2.0 is required viewing for anyone who wants to better understand the world their children are navigating as they grow up in the digital age. Featuring actual parents and kids as well as industry-leading experts in child safety and development, this documentary dives into the real-life issues facing kids today — including cyberbullying, online predators, suicidal ideation, and more.
Tickets are free but donations are always welcome. Proceeds will go to PA Unplugged, a pending 501c(3).
